O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the case in Crime No.133 of 2017

on the file of the third respondent to some other agency, to investigate the case and file final report expeditiously. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation within a time frame. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents concede to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would further submit that the investigation will be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2017, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
