It is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the FIR was registered and the investigation was also completed and RCS is already filed before the Court concerned after giving notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and protest petition is also filed by the petitioner, hence, no further order is necessary in this

Contempt Petition.

3. However, the Court concerned is directed to deal with the protest petition in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is closed.
