This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months in Crl.O.P.No.32635 of 2022 dated 06.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the final report has been filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
