ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent police to act upon the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram made in Crl.MP.No.4661 of 2023, dated 17.10.2023 and register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2023 and investigate the same and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. A perusal of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram in Crl.MP.No.4661 of 2023, dated 17.10.2023 revealed that the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram directed the first respondent herein to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, to register the FIR and file a final report.

4. As directed by the learned Magistrate, the first respondent conducted a detailed enquiry filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate I, Chidambaram on 26.10.2023.
