This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 6.30 p.m. until further Page No.1 of 4

orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.147 of 2025 by an order dated 20.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.147 of 2025 dated 20.012025 is relaxed.
