O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner stating that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23935 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017 has not been complied with.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in the writ petition was challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1685 of 2017 and however, the same was dismissed on 13.12.2017 by granting six weeks time to comply with the order. Therefore, he submitted that since the time granted by the Division Bench has not expired, this Contempt Petition is not maintainable.

3. The above said fact is not disputed by the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court has been confirmed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1685 of 2017 and also the fact that six weeks time was granted by the Division Bench for compliance, the petitioner has to wait till such time. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
