The above CRP is filed for a direction to the Additional Mahila Judicial Magisterial Level, Alandur, to dispose of DVC.No.31 of 2024 within a time frame.

2. The notes of proceedings would clearly show that the respondents have been served and set ex parte on 13.08.2024. Thereafter, they had entered appearance and filed a vakalat. Thereafter, for filing counter the matter has been adjourned for 11 hearings.

3. The notes of proceedings would also indicate that the respondents have been absent on several occasions. A counter has been filed by the respondents as early as on 17.10.2024. However, the matter was not taken up for trial.

4. Therefore there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magisterial Level at Alandur, to dispose of the DVC within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
