2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.17353 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23792 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 is relaxed.
