ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to conduct the investigation and implead the accused person 2 to 10 in the charge sheet in the Spl.S.C. No.53 of 2018 on the file of the District Mahila Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner seeks for a direction to add the named persons as accused 2 to 10 in the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2018. While, examining the witnesses, if at all any evidence and materials surfaces as against the proposed persons, the Trial Court is bound to add these persons as accused as per the provision under Section 319 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
