This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.545 of 2022 by order dated 19.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.276 of 2021 on the file of the First Additional Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned First Additional Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on 23.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
