(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Ms. Sampath states that the facts in this petition are similar to W.P.No.25974 of 2022 and in view of the order passed in W.P.No.25974 of 2022, this petition be also dismissed.
2. Petition is dismissed with the same observations. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
3. The time spent in this petition from the date of lodging till the date this order is uploaded shall be excluded while calculating limitation if petitioner chooses to file a suit.
