O R D E R

The petitioner G.Divyabharathi, is the wife of the respondent Arun Narayanan, has come before this Court, seeking to withdraw the O.P.No.1148 of 2021 on the file of Sub Court, Alandur and transfer to Sub Court, Kanchipuram. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent on 15.09.2016. Subsequently, they are having one male child and the respondent/husband never used to spend any money for our welfare and needs and all expenses. Thereafter, the respondent/husband filed O.P.No.1148 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur, seeking for divorce on the ground of cruelty. He further submitted that the petitioner is taking care of her aged parents and children. He further submitted that the petitioner is residing at Uthiramerur and it is very difficult for the petitioner to attend the court hearings at Alandur. Hence, he prays to transfer the O.P.No.1148 of 2021 to the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and the same is justifiable. The present Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the O.P.No.1148 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram. No costs. Consequently, connected 2/4

miscellaneous petition is closed. Further, both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, Kanchipuram on 03.04.2023. 15.03.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No msrm To 1.The Sub Court, Alandur.
