This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 10.06.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 10.06.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.04.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
