ORDER

This Court, in Crl.O.P. No.15403 of 2015, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 08.07.2015, passed the following order:

"5.

The 5th respondent is directed to hand over the case diary in Crime No.254 of 2014 to the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram within one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram is directed to continue with the investigation. The DSP Kancheepuram is directed to continue with the investigation."

This contempt petition is filed alleging that the respondent police have not complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent has complied with the aforesaid order; R.C.S. notice has been served on the petitioner and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition is closed.
