This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman and rank them as respondents 5 and 6 in the above S.A.No.1246 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. Since this Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in S.A.No.1246 of 2012 vide C.M.P.No.5570 of 2023, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 and 6 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman and rank them as respondents 5 and 6 in the above S.A.No.1246 of 2012 is allowed.
