This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2548 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in the above S.A.No.1246 of 2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellants that the death of the first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman was intimated to the Court only recently by the respondents and after collecting particulars about the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, the appellants have come forward with the petition to set aside the abatement and there is a delay in filing petitions to set aside the abatement and also to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in the above S.A.No.1246/2012.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 2548 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in the above S.A.No.1246 of 2012 is condoned.
