OP.No.69 of 2012 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., It is seen from the records that when the matter was called on 24.06.2022, the representing counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions from the petitioners. Therefore, Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioners along with the counsel for the petitioners in the cause list. Accordingly, the name of the petitioners as well as the name of the learned counsel for the petitioners are printed in the cause list. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioners appeared before this Court and reported no instructions from the petitioners.
