This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in the above S.A.No.1245/2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

Since this Court has condoned the delay of 2548 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman, vide C.M.P.No.5569/2023, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent namely S.M.Lakshminarasimman in S.A.No.1245/2012 is allowed.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
