O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 04.06.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.11193 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. On 04.06.2015, this Court passed the following order: "... 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.286 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ police is directed to conduct enquiry

expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1."

3. Today, when this petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that, petition enquiry in CSR.No.286 of 2015 was conducted and closed as early as on 20.04.2015 and the same was not brought to the notice of this Court inadvertently on 04.06.2015, which led to this Court passing the afore said order.

4. A copy of the Closure Report and the statements recorded by the police were furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
