The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board / respondents 2 to 5 submits that the petitioner has already been evicted from his premises.
3. Recording the endorsement as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
