ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para no.5(b) imposed in the order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1169 of 2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1169 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
