This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Cr.No.51 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.51 of 2010 has been completed and the case has been closed as "civil in nature" on 22.02.2011, after service of RCS FRC No.2 of 2011 and the closure report has been sent to the Judicial Magistrate-1, Tiruvallur on 04.05.2011.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
