ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the patta bearing No.433 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2023 and reminder letter dated 16.12.2024.
2. The petitioner had given representation dated 28.11.2023 and reminder letter dated 16.12.2024 to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order Page No.2 of 6
is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation and reminder letter as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation and reminder letter.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2023 and reminder letter dated 16.12.2024 seeking for cancellation of patta bearing No.433 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent and any other party, whom the Page No.3 of 6
2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
