ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.4(b) the petitioner shall stay at Kolathur, Salem District and report before the Inspector of Police, Kolathur Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police, until further orders except for further investigation, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32235 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the Page No.2 of 4

offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32235 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
