This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.351 of 2024 on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4), 74 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the name of the petitioner had already been dropped from the charge sheet.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
