This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27497 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is completed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27497 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
