ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, to report every Saturday 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31359 of 2024, by an order dated 18.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31359 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is relaxed.
