Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in G.O.Ms.No.44, Highways and Minor Ports (HK2) Department, dated 24.02.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to retify the ratio of imbalance.
