Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from taking any further action in the proceedings under Letters bearing No.N-41013/11/2021-BC II dated 01.03.2021 and No.N41014/01/2020-BC.III dated 01.03.2021 respectively issued by the 3rd respondent without affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner. C O M M O N ORDER The proceedings dated 01.03.2021 issued by the 3rd respondent is under under challenge in the present writ petitions. 2.
Mr.C.Kulanthaivel, learned Senior Panel Counsel would submit that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the Government of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi has passed the final
orders on 30.03.2021, reads as follows:
"Now, therefore, having regard to the totality of the circumstances, as explained above, the Competent Authority in the Ministry of Information & Boradcasting, hereby directs Kalaignar Seithigal Channel to run an Apology Scroll in bold legible form at the bottom of the screen for two days continuously with effect from 0001 hrs on 06.04.2021 till 0001 hours on 08.04.2021.
Strict compliance with the above direction will be ensured by Kalaignar Seithigal channel."

The said order dated 30.03.2021 is under challenge in another writ petition. Therefore, no further adjudication is required, in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petitions. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
