ORDER

Mr.R.Kesavan and Mr.R.Ganesan have filed the present writ petitions seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the statutory revisions filed by them under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 within the shortest possible time on merits, as the petitioners are facing suspension for quite a long time.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners, without going to the merits, this Court directs the first respondentJoint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Cuddalore Region to consider the pending statutory revisions dated 23.3.2015 filed by the petitioners under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act on merit and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
