Earlier, this Court by an order dated 03.01.2025 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.3000/- payable to learned counsel for respondents.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed a cost memo for tendering cost of Rs.3000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on the 3rd week of February 2025.
