PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition in para no.6(c) imposed by this Court by an order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.892 of 2025.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in para no.6(c) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders," in Crl.O.P.No.892 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025.
2. Heard both sides.
3. This Court is of the view that the condition can be modified as follows:
6(c). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three days and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation."
The other conditions imposed in the order dated 22.01.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.892 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
4. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of two weeks Page No.2 of 5
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and the condition is modified.
