ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for their wilfull disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17532 of 2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the judgment of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.2809 of 2025, dated 17.09.2025, is produced. On perusing thereof, it can be seen that the order has been partially confirmed and partly modified by the Honourable Division Bench.
3.In view thereof, this Contempt Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Honourable Division Bench if anything further has to be complied with.
