Prayer in W.P.No.30511 of 2012: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondents and in particularly 1st respondent pertaining to the impugned order G.O.(Ms)No.268 dated 23.07.2012 and its subsequent impugned letter No.19624/Ser1/2012-2 dated 23.07.2012 and quash the same and 1/4
consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the new panel of the promotion of Deputy Collector fro the year 2011-12 and to promote the petitioner as Deputy Collector with retrospective effect and pass such further orders.
Prayer in W.P.No.30512 of 2012: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the 1st and 3rd respondents pertaining to the impugned orders Na.Ka.No.29133/A1/2008 dated 06.09.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent and its consequential impugned appeal order Na.Ka.No.Pani 3 (3) 65322/2011 dated 20.06.2012 and quash the same and pass such further orders.
