When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and not to harass the petitioners till then.

3.This petition is accordingly disposed of.
