Heard Mr. M.Chidambaram, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed on 20.08.2013 in A.P. No. 307 of 2011 by the Second Respondent.

Learned Counsel for both sides jointly submit that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved and they would carry out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

their respective obligations in terms of the settlement arrived between them and an endorsement to that effect had been made in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
