C.M.P.Nos.5713 & 5715 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.11581 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

These petition have been filed to declare the 3rd petitioner as major and to discharge her mother/1st petitioner from the natural guardianship.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of filing the claim petition before the Court below, since the 3rd petitioner herein was minor, she was shown as minors in the cause title of the claim petition and also she was represented by her mother/1st petitioner.

However, as on date the 3rd petitioner is aged about 21 years. Hence, she requests this Court to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

3. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and accordingly, the 3rd petitioner is declared as major and her mother is discharged from the natural guardianship..

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
