JUDGMENT

(Judgment of Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.No.698 of 2012, dated 27.10.2014.

2. The Division Bench in the said order directed the respondents 3 and 4 therein to consider the claim of the appellants therein, if the claim of regularisation of any of the Sweepers/Sanitary Workers, including one M.Mohamed Baksh, in the Bharath Heavy Electricals Ltd.(BHEL) is considered.

The learned counsel for the fourth respondent produced the letter of BHEL dated 06.06.2012 addressed to the said M.Mohamed Baksh wherein, his claim for regularisation was rejected. Thereafter, on 24.04.2013, the said Mohamed Baksh had also attained the age of superannuation. 4.

As the respondents have rejected the claim of the said Mohamed Baksh, who was also a sanitary worker, the claim of the contempt petitioner cannot be considered. It is also stated that the Contempt Petitioner is also no more.
