Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.11709 of 2015:- This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, order or direction in the nature of a writ, directing the respondent to release the Car bearing Registration No.TN-18-E-1166 seized by the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, (Pattravakkam), Chennai on 23.01.2015 to the petitioner.

Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.11710 of 2015:- This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, order or direction in the nature of a writ, directing the respondent to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TAX-6773 seized by the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, (Pattravakkam), Chennai on 23.01.2015 to the petitioner.
