The learned counsel for the applicant submits that A.No.793 of 2024, the mandate of the learned arbitrator arising out of the similar dispute has been extended.

2. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for passing a final Award.
