This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police, to investigate the complaint registered in F.I.R.No.66 of 2011 and file a Final Report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.142 of 2014 and after investigation a final report was filed and the same was also taken on file by the trial Court. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible.
