O R D E R

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 09.10.2012 and cancel the name transfer, which was transfered by the first respondent. 2.Based on the mere representation, such name transfer cannot be effected. The name transfer was effected by the first respondent/Regional Transport Officer in this case based on certain documents. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of any such name transfer, he has to agitate the same before the competent Appellate Authority or initiate appropriate action to adjudicate the issues based on the documents and evidences. Contrarily, by issuing a direction to consider their representation, such issues cannot be resolved. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Appellate Authority for the purpose of redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.

With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
