Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to evict the petitioners from plot at Nos.E-332 and E-331, Bootha Perumal Street, Annasalai, Chennai - 600 002.

2. The petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petitions seeking direction to the respondents not to evict them from the Plot Nos.E-332 and E-331, at Bootha Perumal Street, Annasalai, Chennai - 600 002.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners were already provided with alternative houses at Perumbakkam and they have shifted to the new place.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petitions are closed as no further adjudication is necessary in these Writ Petitions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
