O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to re-open the complaint dated 28.11.2015 in CSR.No.487 of 2015 and to register the said complaint at an early date within the stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.487 of 2015 and the same was closed, on the undertaking given by the opposite parties that they will repay the amount. Thereafter, the opposite parties went back on the said undertaking. Hence, the petitioner filed this present petition for a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 28.11.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the complaint, this Court directs the respondent police to re-open the case and conduct further enquiry in CSR.No.487 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this petition is closed.
