1. The Official Liquidator informs me that, the representative of the applicant appeared before him and satisfied himself as regards the ownership of the subject DG set.

1.1. He further says that, yesterday, this Court vide order dated, i.e. 20.10.2016, has closed the company petition and discharged him from the obligation to continue with the custody of the assets of R.R. Info Park Private Limited.

2. In these circumstances, insofar as this Court is concerned, no further orders are necessary.

2.1. Needless to say that the applicant will have the liberty to approach R.R. Info Park Private Limited for return of subject DG set, albeit, in accordance with law.
