ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, it is informed to the counsel that the relief claimed in the present writ petition is not sustainable under Article 226 of Constitution of India and the remedy is elsewhere. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn however, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
