ORDER
Earlier, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of by order dated 23.09.2025 with a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the case pending before it within a period of three months. Further this court observed that "since there was no specific term of compromise regarding the child's maintenance, the minor child is entitled to independently claim maintenance."
2. Now it is stated that the 2nd respondent seeks maintenance from her father / petitioner herein. Therefore, the matter is listed today.
3. Both the parties and their respective counsel appeared and filed Memorandum of Compromise which has been signed by both parties and their counsel. The Memorandum of compromise is recorded, which shall form part of the Criminal Revision case.
4. As per the terms of the Memorandum of compromise, the learned Judge, I Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of M.C.No.29 of 2023 pending before the court.

5. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.
6. The Revision Petitioner is also directed to comply with the terms of the compromise memo.
