Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to de-freeze the Savings Bank Account of the Petitioner herein in Saving Bank Account No. 106101507990 with ICICI Bank, Tiruppur Branch (3rd respondent herein) based on my representation dated 22.07.2022 forthwith.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's bank account bearing S.B.Account No.106101507990 maintained with the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner's bank account has already been de-freezed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
