Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to issue necessary name transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner with reference to the disposal of the appellate authority dated 4.3.2015 and 13.3.2015 based on the representation dated 25.2.2015 by strictly complying with the specific direction issued by this Honourable Court in W.P.No.2923 of 2014 dated 12.11.2014 in respect of the property situated at Kattupakkam Poonamallee Taluk Thiruvallur District in Plot Nos.183 and 184 comprised in survey No.37 to an extent of 1230 sq.ft. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Thangavel For Respondents : Mr.Durai Solaimalai (for R1 to R3) Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

Mr.G.Thangavel, learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the order dated 06.02.2015, passed by the 2nd respondent by way of an appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No Costs.
