This Writ Petition is filed to raise the look out notice by the accused facing investigation of scam for nearly Rs.30 Crores.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A10 and there are nearly eight accused were absconding and therefore, a serious objection is made by the Inspector of Police, the respondent herein.

3. From a perusal of the petition and the Counter, this Court at the outset able to find that the petitioner who is alleged to have involved in serious money fraud wants to go to United Kingdom, but had not disclosed the exact purpose for which he wants to go United Kingdom and when he wants to go to that Country and when he is proposed to come back. In such circumstances, if the look out notice is lifted, as apprehended by the respondent police, there is every possibility of the petitioner absconding and smothering the investigation.

4. If the petitioner herein makes any specific request to go abroad with 2/4

all necessary details, it is for the investigating Officer and the Court in which the case pending, to take necessary decision for allowing the petitioner herein to go abroad in tune with Passport Act.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
